Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Development and Management Lead to join our team at Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our application development and management program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of our application development and management program
- Maintain accurate records of progress and completion of projects
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project management
- Evaluate and improve existing project management protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery timelines and quality
- Investigate project delays and issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- A thorough knowledge of application development and management principles is required
- Strong documentation skills and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in a changing environment are essential
- Experience providing project management and leadership is necessary
- Demonstrated experience presenting project plans and status updates to senior management and stakeholders is required
- The ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work self-directed with a sense of urgency is crucial
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills are necessary
- Proficiency with PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is required
- Certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred
- A valid Driver's License is mandatory
