Foreman - Underground Telecom
Join our team at Lambert Cable Splicing Company, LLC as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground crew. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead crews to meet project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct training sessions for crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Verify that all team members adhere to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
- Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
- Aged 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, supplemented by relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of related work experience.
- Previous Foreman experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties & Work Environment:
As a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you will regularly work alone in remote locations, confined spaces, and above shoulder level. You will also operate vehicles and heavy machinery, which may involve squeezing, fine hand motions, bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting items weighing more than 55 pounds.
