Telecom Aerial Team Lead
At Kanaan Communications, LLC, we're looking for a skilled Telecom Aerial Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading teams in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews to meet project timelines and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist in training crew members and help them develop their skills
- Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate installation
- Help ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
- Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities and communicate with property owners
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- At least three years of related work experience
- Previous Foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposures:
- Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds
- Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
