Job Description

As a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading crews to meet project timelines and ensure everyone follows safety protocols
  • Helping with training and development of crew members
  • Reading and understanding blueprints and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Coordinating with property owners and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Safely operating heavy equipment and machinery
