Automotive Sales Representative
Lamborghini San Antonio is looking to hire an Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at our brand new dealership opening up in Boerne, TX! As the newest US authorized Lamborghini retailer, we are excited to bring an unparalleled luxury car experience to the greater San Antonio area and look forward to serving our customers with exceptional care and service. This position is an important asset in our mission to provide high-level service for our customers. We are seeking individuals with experience in automotive sales who are capable of providing a luxury experience.

Job Responsibilities
· Be a primary point of contact for customers to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered
· Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify upsell opportunities
· Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements
· Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and visual demonstrations on the showroom floor
· Assist customers with test drives and explain warranty information
· Accurately discuss pricing for purchasing or leasing new vehicles, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more
· Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation
· Attend staff meetings, trainings and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis
· Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions
· Follow up with leads and prospective clients to develop relationships with prospective or repeat customers
Job Qualifications
· Previous automotive sales experience required
· Luxury / sports car brand experience, preferably with Lamborghini, is highly preferred
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) or other language abilities is a plus
· Experience with dealership software such as CRM/leads software, ADP/CDK and/or automotive finance software is preferred
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Flexible and able to adapt to business needs
· Driven to close the sale
· Valid Driver’s License
