Duties

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Help with food service by delivering dishes and beverages to tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
• Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs and responding positively to requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in bussing or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
• A background in hospitality or catering is a plus, as it enhances understanding of the dining experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and commitment to cleanliness are key traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
