Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must have a good work history.
· Must be able to pass pre-employment testing.
· Previous experience with panels saws, edge banders, or other wood cutting equipment a plus!
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Summary
As an Experienced Machine Operator on the 1st Shift, you will be integral to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality control will be essential in maintaining production standards. You will leverage your premium skills in process optimization and safety compliance to enhance operational efficiency.
