ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a high-energy, dependable and skilled team player to primarily assemble packaging for finished goods. The will also create finished goods for customers by using fixtures, hand tools, powered tools and adhesives. This position is also responsible for keeping records of finished goods, scrap and delegating quality checks. Employees may be directed to fill in for a different department, which is a great way to cross train and grow your skills!
Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
DUTIES
- Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
- Complete work using pneumatic and electrical tools
- Read and understand prints to assembly parts accurately
- Track finished goods and scrap hourly
- Report parts that are out of tolerance and segregate them for QC review
- Follow health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury
- Pack finished goods in a manner that prevents damage and deterioration
- Communicate defected tooling and components
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Equivalent
- Experience assembling products to acceptable quality standards
