What You’ll Do

As a Project Designer – Strategic Innovation & Technology Integration focused on a leadership role in applying advanced tools, data analytics, and artiﬁcial intelligence to redeﬁne how we approach design and project delivery. Your day-to-day will include :

Strategic Design Thinking : Collaborate with clients and teams to align project goals with business objectives through thoughtful design strategy.
AI and Data Integration : Leverage AI tools and data analytics to streamline workﬂows, process complex project information, and enhance design decision-making.
Technology Utilization : Utilize cutting-edge software and AI-enabled platforms to explore and reﬁne design concepts.
Innovative Concept Development : Push boundaries by developing creative solutions
Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technology into all phases of design while fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Design & Client Collaboration

Lead client engagements to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and vision.

Develop design strategies that align with long-term client goals, focusing on efﬁciency and innovation.

2. AI-Driven Processes & Data Utilization

Utilize AI and machine learning tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyze design trends, and enhance concept development.

Integrate data insights into design processes to optimize building performance and user experience.

3. Technology Integration & Visualization

Use advanced tools like BIM Collaborate Pro, Enscape, Dynamo, and AI-driven design platforms to create immersive models and presentations.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential to improve project delivery.

4. Concept Development & Iteration

Explore innovative design concepts by leveraging computational design techniques and digital prototyping.

Develop data-driven design iterations that maximize efﬁciency and creativity.

5. Sustainable Design Strategies

Incorporate sustainability principles into design processes, utilizing data and technology to minimize environmental impact.

Evaluate the feasibility of integrating certiﬁcations like LEED, WELL, or Passive House (PHIUS) into projects.

6. Process Optimization

Streamline workﬂows by implementing AI and digital tools to reduce inefﬁciencies in design and project management.

Contribute to ﬁrm-wide initiatives for adopting and scaling technology-driven design methodologies.

7. Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

Mentor junior staff on the integration of technology and innovative processes into design workﬂows.

Participate in workshops, seminars, and industry events to represent the ﬁrm’s commitment to technology and strategy-driven design.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a tech-savvy designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for process design. You will enjoy building processes and stability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture, design, or related ﬁeld.

5 years of experience in architectural design or related roles, with a focus on technology and innovation.

Expertise in tools like Revit, Enscape, Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other computational design platforms.

Knowledge of AI applications in design, such as machine learning models for concept generation and data analysis.

Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks and certiﬁcations (LEED, WELL, PHIUS, etc.).

Agreeable and relaxed communication skills to articulate technology-driven ideas to clients and teams, guiding others to the desired direction.

Service and team focused work style

Ability to make group decisions, ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines.

Proven ability to integrate technology into design workﬂows for greater efﬁciency and innovation.
