Job Summary:
The incumbent in this position provides services for consumers in need of medication supports, and documents these services according to accepted business and clinical standards and state regulations.

Education:
Required: Associate’s degree in a relevant field
AND
1. Licensed as a nursing assistant and 1 to 3 years relevant experience and/or training
OR
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience
