What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afterschool and Summer School Site Coordinator - single site position at Lamoille North Supervisory Union?
Hyde Park Elementary School is seeking an energetic and inspiring individual to coordinate the 21st CCLC after-school and summer programming. The Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the program, including: working with school faculty, teachers, administration and the 21st CCLC Project Director to design high quality engaging programs, recruiting, overseeing instructors, conducting program evaluation and data collection, building and strengthening community partnerships, managing program budgets, participating in state and regional trainings, meetings and workshops, and working with the administration and Project Director to develop an ongoing strategy to ensure program quality, quality staffing, and professional development. Ability to create and oversee all aspects that provide opportunities for children outside the regular school day in all of the following areas: Academic Support, Education Enrichment, Health and Wellness, and Character Development. Associates degree is required.
Bachelor degree is preferred. Training and professional development will be provided in an ongoing basis.This is a 20 hour per week position, longer hours during the 5 week summer program. LNSU has a generous compensation and benefit package. EOE
