We are seeking a Choral Teacher to join our team. The successful applicant for this will instruct sections of our music curriculum.
Instruct students on vocal techniques, music theory, sight-reading, and other musical concepts.
Conduct regular rehearsals, focusing on vocal quality, blend, and ensemble skills.
Prepare students for concerts, competitions, and other public performances.
Select and arrange musical repertoire appropriate for the students' skill levels and program goals.
Organize and manage all aspects of the choral program, including scheduling, budget, and communication with parents and students.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
A disposition for project based learning, restorative practices, UbD/UDL planning, and proficiency based learning practices preferred.
