LNSU is seeking a Level II Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for the administration and support of IT infrastructure across a multi-site organization. This includes managing networks, servers, and cloud systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security of technology resources.

● Manage and maintain networking equipment, servers, and virtualization environments.
● Monitor, analyze, and resolve system and network performance issues.
● Manage and maintain inventory management system.
● Apply updates, patches, and upgrades to systems and infrastructure regularly.
● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems (Tier 3 support).
● Manage backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures.
● Implement and maintain cybersecurity practices and controls.
● Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
● Support the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ranging from immediate
initiatives to long-term strategic goals, including five- and ten-year visions.
● Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
● Mentor other technical staff and contribute to internal training efforts.
● Support compliance with applicable technology and data privacy regulations.
● Participate in after-hours support as needed.
