Our appointment setting team maintains a corporate attitude to deliver the highest standard of appointments for our real estate agents and clients. Our appointment setters are responsible for contacting potential customers, scrubbing leads, and securing solid appointments to meet with our real estate agents to close the deal!
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in the real estate market, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will help clients make informed decisions while ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and local market conditions.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Prepare and present property listings using effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations during transactions.
- Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
Requirements
- Real Estate License (Active or Referral Status)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs promptly.
- Proficiency in organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during transactions.
- Reliable transportation w/proof of auto insurance
