Essential Functions:
- Draft, proof, and send outbound requests for team members.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company services.
- Review accounts and update clients on status.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from clients.
- Promptly respond to client questions submitted via email.
- Obtain necessary information from clients to adequately follow-up.
- Document important client information for future reference.
- Collect and record client feedback and share it with appropriate team members.
- Attend all required client service-related meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Savvy and has Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent phone disposition along with proficient written, verbal, and typing skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Skills to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Multilingual a plus.
