This is an entry-level position with merit based promotions. Paid training is provided!
A day in the life of the Sales Team Lead includes:
- Ensure the team is focused and executes sales campaigns in a compliant manner
- Support, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Strategic Account Management
- One to one sales based interaction with customers
- Assist the team in creating over turns and sales pitches
- Lead team by example
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Willingness to work in team of professionals, but can work independently as well
- 2 year degree is preferred, but NOT required
- Passion for business development and leadership
- Willingness to travel (optional)
