About the Job: We are looking for a talented Production Operations Associate to join our team at LaMotte Company. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing and packaging test strips using various machines while following the assigned work schedule.Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all manufacturing equipment with proper training.
- Record accurate data on machine performance and product samples.
- Participate in lean activities, including but not limited to: lean training, kaizen events, 5-day events, and DMAICs.
- Complete monthly safety observations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
