Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, assigning duties and tasks, and directing the work of the team. You will also be required to monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate counting and recording of materials, and maintain an organized work environment.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates, assigning duties and tasks, and directing the work of the team. You will also be required to monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate counting and recording of materials, and maintain an organized work environment.
You will work closely with the direct supervisor and warehouse associates to ensure the safe movement of materials and completed orders onto delivery equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems and be proficient in operating facility equipment such as forklifts, banders, power tools, and various hand tools.
In this role, you will participate in safety committees, engage in continuous improvement projects, and demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring new associates, willing to train others, and participating in US1 Continuous Improvement Projects.
