Lampert Lumber seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the work of warehouse and/or yard associates, receiving, shipping, stocking, ordering, and counting inventory items, while monitoring quality and completing all necessary paperwork.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. You will also be responsible for assisting warehouse associates and direct supervisors in maintaining an organized work environment, complying with all company policies and guidelines, and operating a forklift with foot and hand controls.
