We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position is responsible for managing guest relations, performing front desk duties, and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle reservations, inquiries, and communication with guests.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of guest relations principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in using phone systems and front desk software.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.01 - $15.33 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
