Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in developing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- 13-Week Cash Flow Modeling – Maintain and improve cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity planning.
- Weekly Business Reporting – Prepare and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Financial Close & Variance Analysis – Support the monthly close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis – Conduct deep-dive financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with accounting, operations, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on financial goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills – Must be proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise recommendations, with an understanding of when to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Onestream or similar financial planning tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Three days in the office based in Chatsworth, CA.
