Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join the Firm’s growing corporate practice group in our Omaha location.

About the Position / Key Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Associate position should have at least 1-4 years of transactional law experience in one or more of the following areas :
- Estate Planning, including tax planning
- Probate and Trust Administration
- Business Counseling – Representing closely-held businesses on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and succession planning
Ideal Candidate Profile & Background :
This candidate should be a self-starter with practical and technical experience, looking to enjoy the support and reputation of a respected Firm.
