Compensation : Estimated annual salary of $65,000-80,000 based on experience / licensure plus extraordinary benefits with company bonus opportunity.
Location : Voorhees, NJ. Local candidates are preferred, must reside within commutable distance to the office at :
1018 Laurel Oak Rd #11, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043
Work Schedule : In office with potential allowance for hyrbid flexibility (with approval). Standard business hours with reasonable, approved flexibility. Site travel as needed.
Job Type : Full-time W-2 position with benefits.

Architectural Designer Job Summary :
Join our dynamic team as an Architectural Designer at LAN Associates, a mid-sized multi-disciplined architectural and engineering firm. In this role, you will document and prepare drawings of existing conditions from field documentation, using REVIT. You will also develop architectural drawings for construction projects and adhere to our drafting standards to produce high-quality construction documents.
At LAN, you will read, understand, interpret, and prepare construction drawings regularly. We value detail-oriented professionals with exceptional organizational skills.
