What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at LANA?
Responsibilities for nationals and independent stores, include but not limited to:
-Consistent communication with stores on weekly basis regarding sales performance, opportunities
-Superior customer experience while driving significant sales volume.
Creative implementation of events to drive sales
-Consistent promotion of the brand and providing product training
- Ensuring all stores are educated in product, selling tips
- Creating any necessary training collateral needed for stores
-Building relationships with selling teams
- Organizing database of sales associates throughout all stores for reach out
- Build relationships with key associates in stores to drive sales
- Go to contact for all product, sales inquiries
-Ensure adequate visual merchandising in stores
- Work with stores to ensure all visual merchandising is up to par
- Establishing new ideas for merchandising to drive sales
-Monitoring sales and inventory levels
Must analyze all sales reporting for wins, challenges, and opportunities
-Independent accounts
- Weekly communication with accounts regarding sales, opportunities, inventory needs
- Manage ordering process for independent accounts
- Prospect and open new independent accounts
-Lead and manage misc. projects within nationals and independents accounts
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Must be based in Chicago area and able to travel 50-60% of time
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail mandatory
- Must have true passion for making the sale and building influential relationships
- Ability to take initiative and must have confidence to learn in a "live" environment.
- Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate an appreciation and understanding of important of high quality as function within the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
