- Build the founding team of 20 that will define our company (mostly engineers in person in Palo Alto with an emphasis on AI / ML skills)
- Create people processes that scale without bureaucracy
- Shape company culture from the ground up

Lanai is based in Palo Alto and we co-create in our office, together, most of the time. We have a regular in-office cadence for team connection and brainstorming sessions, with the flexibility for remote work the rest of the time.
