Role OverviewThe Senior Front-End Developer will play a critical role in building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for Lanai’s Enterprise SaaS platform. This role will focus on AI-powered tools, multi-tenant architectures, and governance administration interfaces.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks, with a proven track record of developing enterprise-grade web applications. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement scalable, maintainable front-end applications that deliver a seamless user experience.Utilize observability tools to monitor application performance, optimize user experience, and drive feature adoption.Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative engineering environment.Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance system efficiency and user engagement.Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to develop and refine features. Required Qualifications5 years of experience developing high-performance, enterprise-grade web applications.Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of front-end architecture.Hands-on experience with asynchronous communication technologies such as REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.Experience with UI frameworks and design systems.Strong ability to architect and scale front-end systems in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
