What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter position at Lancaster Asphalt Systems?
Lancaster Asphalt Systems, Inc. in Lititz, PA is looking for one full-time Day Porter to join our team. We are located at 3301 Kissel Hill Rd. and have been in business for 50 years. Our ideal candidate is attentive to details, dependable, and engaged. The Day Porter works 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, first shift. No experience needed. Full training will be provided. Pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and physical abilities test are required and will be paid for by the company. Eligible for health insurance and retirement fund after 90 days. Six paid holidays and bereavement pay immediately upon hire. PTO and sick days begin accruing after 90 days of employment. The company offers an EAP to all employees.
Responsibilities
- Use small company truck to drive to various, local commercial properties and hand pick trash
- Empty trash cans
- Hang signs
- Remove large items
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required (non CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted
