Lancaster Asphalt Systems, Inc., has been a longstanding, family-run business in Lititz, PA for 50 years. We have successfully employed full time and part time seasonal workers for many years. We need full-time, seasonal help from April/-Sep/Oct. This would be general labor work in the areas of driveway and parking lot sealcoating or color work for sports surfaces such as tennis courts, running tracks, pickleball & basketball courts. Employees that return each season will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the business as well as accrue benefits like PTO, paid holidays health insurance & retirement. This job is perfect for someone who likes to work outside and work with their hands and is not afraid to get dirty.
Responsibilities
- Performs work delegated by the foreman on job sites such as carrying buckets, taping, measuring and pulling color. Work tasks and responsibilities will increase with knowledge and experience on the job.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred, or reliable, consistent transportation to work.
- Can lift 50 lbs. unassisted
