Job Summary:
The Counseling & Social Work Department of Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School is seeking to hire part-time instructors to teach graduate courses for a Hybrid program in Addictions Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Marriage, Couple & Family Counseling at Lancaster Campus.
Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and reviewed as need arises throughout the academic year. The positions are dependent on class enrollments, low enrollments may necessitate canceling the class and position.

Education and Experience:
- Earned doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision (Preferred) or Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Counseling-related fields (may also apply) from a CACREP accredited program.
- Possesses an independent license in the field of counseling (E.g., LPC, LMFT, LMHC ) or the ability to earn licensure as a professional counselor within the first six months of employment.
- Three to five years of teaching experience in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at a CACREP accredited Program.
- Candidate must be able to teach the CACREP common core curricular areas, and program-specific courses and have a clear identity as a professional counselor.
- Prior experience with course design and online teaching, using Canvas.
Qualifications
