The ERP Analyst & Developer will provide hands-on expertise for SEG System’s ERP (Oracle’s NetSuite) and will lead solutions design, analysis, delivery and support. The role will work with all levels of management and process owners (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Graphics, Marketing, Quality) to manage operational aspects of NetSuite with a focus on system configuration, administration, standardization, development, data integration, data quality and technical issue resolution. Translating business requirements into technical terms to achieve business objectives; change management; and data governance will be a dominant part of the role. This is a remote role with periodic visits required to the location.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Partners with cross-functional business process owners to elicit functional and non-functional requirements and potential streamlining opportunities.
- Reviews, analyses, debugs and modifies certain elements of the ERP for better usability.
- Provides ERP functional, configuration and development expertise for Finance, Sales, Inventory Management and MRP functions.
- Assist the business with validating results through testing including integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical, functional and process documentation.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving level 1 and level 2 support in a timely manner via IT help-desk system.
- Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on ERP usage including training, when required.
- Perform and own regular test and production environment refresh and other data refresh activities.
- Design and generate reports that support better decision-making cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years relevant experience as a functional consultant for Oracle’s NetSuite.
- Minimum 2 year of Oracle’s NetSuite development experience.
- Demonstrated full-life cycle ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite).
- Experience in developing and deploying NetSuite in a manufacturing application including but not limited to routings, scheduling, option matrix development and work order development
- Experience with integration of NetSuite with 3rd party systems.
