Lancaster Brothers has been providing heating and cooling services to residents and business owners in the greater Kansas City area since 2000. Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking for an experienced Residential Comfort Advisor to join our team. Your role will be generating customer leads and building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, communicating recommendations, and selling heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality products.

- Base salary commission= potential earnings of $100,000-$200,000
Qualifications:
- HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
- Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communicator with internal and external customers
- Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast pace environment.
- High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
- Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass background and drug screen
Essential Job Functions:
- Sell HVAC systems to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Conduct sales visits offering residential and commercial services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
- Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems.
- Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
- Participate in training and ongoing education.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
