Job Title: Long Term Substitute Special Education Educational Assistant
(For the 2024-2025 school year only)
Location: Tallmadge Elementary
Qualifications for above position:
A high school diploma
A valid license to practice as an educational aide.
Passage of the Paraprofessional Test or Two year degree
Child Abuse certification
Child First Aid and CPR Certification
Communicable Disease Certification
Clear BCI/FBI report
Classroom experience with handicapped students
Must be able to deal appropriately with students who exhibit emotional or behavioral problems, aggressive behavior, or physical problems
