Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic building information
- Greet internal and external customers
- Be proficient in the use of a computer and a variety of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Word Processing)
- Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Be familiar with filing and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities and experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
