Overview
To ensure the entire plant is kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible or the daily cleaning of production equipment and surrounding areas. This position is designated as a Qualified Individual responsible for allergen, sanitation and foreign material preventive controls.
This is a second shift position 2[m to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 2pm on Friday. 17/hr with a sign on bonus of $1000.

High school diploma or GED certificate required.
Working Conditions/Environment
Works in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, lift and bend while moving about the facility. Must be able to move a weight of 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift. May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. The employee is regularly exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the plant is below threshold. Earplugs, hairnets, and other PPE may be required, and are available if desired, in the plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintains daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Documents daily waste report.
- Cleans flour sifter daily, inspects, records findings, then signs flour sifter inspection sheet.
- Cleans mixer, cutter, pre-dryer, finish dryer, and storage dryers daily using proper GMP's.
- Mops downstairs, cleans bathrooms, and cleans and mops lunchroom.
- Sweeps production area daily.
- Empty trash receptacles in production and warehouse areas.
- Clean up debris and refuse from the exterior of the facility.
- Ensures compliance to quality, food safety, 5S, HAACP & OSHA programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
- Burn dryers as scheduled.
- Follows all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follows all General Safety Orders.
- Assist with Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
