Overview
For all positions: The associate must be able to demonstrate they can perform tasks listed within a 90 day period in that position.
Responsibilities
Level III
For consideration for positions Level V and above, the associate must have a minimum of 3 months experience in their current position and may not have attendance or performance disciplines above a 2nd warning.
Level V
For all positions: The associate must be able to demonstrate they can perform tasks listed within a 90 day period in that position.
Responsibilities
Level III
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Frequently stand and walk. Sitting, using hands to lift or move, reaching with hands and arms.
- Work in either a refrigerated or unconditioned environment.
- Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT)
- Follow the Company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.
- Comprehend and follow verbal instructions, written short correspondence and memos.
- Demonstrated ability to operate or perform the following as certified by a supervisor: Clean Out of Place (COP) tanks, floor cleaning / Boost, drain cleaning, safe chemical use, palletizer cleaning, empty and clean trash cans, and cleaning the tank farm.
- Demonstrated ability to operate or perform one(1) set (A or B) of the following as certified by a supervisor:
- Platform A
- Disassemble and re-assemble packaging equipment (Lines 1-4, 5, 9 and Pouch Lines) or (6, 7, 8 Tub, Gallon, Retail and Totes/Pail Lines)
- External cleaning of packaging equipment
- Diaphragm pump cleaning
- Platform B
- Clean in Place (CIP) of High Shear, Cooker Cooler and System 3 C/D
- CIP of Rails
- External cleaning of Decks
- Buttermilk Admix System cleaning
For consideration for positions Level V and above, the associate must have a minimum of 3 months experience in their current position and may not have attendance or performance disciplines above a 2nd warning.
Level V
- All responsibilities listed at Level III
- Demonstrated ability to operate or perform one(1) set (A or B) of the following as certified by a supervisor:
- Platform A
- Quandexx System
- Grease Packaging equipment
- Assemble Packaging Lines and setup preflight (light duty maintenance)
- Platform B
- Operation of one(1) system of mixing (High Shear Deck, System 3 C/D)
- Quandexx System
- Act as a training partner for other employees
