Full-Time Automotive Detailer – Providence Autos (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram)

Are you an experienced automotive detailer looking to join a professional and supportive dealership team? Providence Autos is hiring a Full-Time Detailer to join our busy service department at our Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram location in Lancaster, PA.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• One Saturday per month required | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Status: Full-Time
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Type: Flat Rate Position – flat rate detailing experience is required
• Environment: High volume of vehicles – steady, consistent work!

Job Requirements:

• Must have flat rate detailing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including washing, vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
• Paint correction and scratch removal as needed to prepare vehicles for sale or delivery
• Engine bay and undercarriage cleaning to meet dealership standards
• Stain and odor removal using professional-grade chemicals and equipment
• Apply protective treatments (e.g. sealants, ceramic coatings) when requested
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and consistency before vehicles are returned to the customer or lot
• Maintain a clean and organized detail bay, including tools and supplies
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and sales staff for vehicle readiness and delivery timelines
