Commercial Van Solutions (CVS) is a fabricator/builder of commercial van interiors-exteriors and camper/RV/B-Van/Travel Trailers. We design and install modifications to meet the demands of our customer’s business or adventure needs.
The outside/inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing strong relationships with a growing customer base to deliver on top line growth and profitability through sales of Commercial Van Solutions products and services.
The Sales Representative will reach his or her business targets through effective management of a designated territory and develop ongoing profitable customer relationships with commercial customers, fleets, and end users. This includes educating customers on our vehicles and products and how these can create value for their business, managing both standard and custom quotes for commercial vehicle products and services, and providing good customer service.
Job Duties Include:
- Account management for existing customers.
- Engage and create awareness via social media, blogs, and other online outlets.
- Identify and create relationships with local RV dealers and resellers.
- Work with the Commercial Van Solutions team to complete customer quotations and bid packages in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor the complete order cycle to ensure customer expectations are met. This includes communication of promised dates on orders with customers, receiving updates on jobs in the schedule, and addressing issues that arise.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services as it relates to the customers’ needs as well as competitor products and activities.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray Commercial Van Solutions in a positive manner.
- Sales experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze the market and competition and adapt strategy to changing conditions
- Knowledge of the features and benefits of company product and how these features and benefits compare to competitive products. Shares technical expertise with others. Product training will be provided by Commercial Van Solutions
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position, salaried with commission
- Will be responsible for a making outside sales calls
Hours will vary, but typically Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM or as needed
