HOURS : 40 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm; Tuesday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm; Friday 7 : 30am-2 : 00pm

We service the community by partnering with local employers to provide employees access to our network of primary care practices. We are modeled after Concierge Medicine and go above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service and care to our patients. The member's experience at HealthWorks is extremely convenient and accessible, with our locations being onsite or near site to the employer, and well dispersed throughout the county. HealthWorks providers and clinical support staff provide relationship-based care and are able to spend plenty of time with members. Our network of primary care practices is growing and we currently have 9 locations.

POSITION SUMMARY : Provides patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and within the auspices of the licensure. Patient care includes care to patients in the following age groups : adolescent (13 through 18 years), adult (19 through 64 years) and geriatric (65 years and above).
