Pay: $22-$25/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Each day brings something different. You'll:

• Travel to local job sites to capture engaging photo and video content

• Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms

• Assist with digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Angi and Yelp

• Track and report on marketing performance and ROI

• Collaborate with our Marketing Director on content strategy

• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends

• Engage with our local community through events and outreach

• Strong communicator who enjoys both creative work and data

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Self-motivated but also loves working as part of a team

• Comfortable being out in the field capturing content

• Passionate about building a brand and telling a story

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience

• Prior marketing experience, especially in social media and content creation

• Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and HubSpot

• Comfortable analyzing data and making content decisions based on performance
