Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of medication administration based on patient age and condition.
- Provide patient care considering specific needs.
- Assist with patient assessment and initiate rehabilitation nursing interventions.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
- Evaluate patient plan daily and update as needed.
- Interact professionally with patients and families.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited LPN/VN program
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- IV Certification required or obtained within 6 months
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting
