Responsibilities and Qualifications
In this role, you will work closely with our experienced nursing and therapy teams to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program, current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, CPR/BCLS certification, and ACLS preferred. Additionally, IV Certification is highly preferred or obtained within 6 months.
