As an Occupational Therapist at Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital, you will assume responsibility for the care of patients being treated by certified occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and occupational therapy students. You will assess patients' needs, identify and initiate appropriate occupational therapy interventions, and work cooperatively with other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
