Accurate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record is essential, as well as completing and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Timely and accurate QI assessments are also required. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
