Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to individual needs, focusing on stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Your Role:
As a skilled nurse, you will perform timely and accurate patient assessments, identify patient needs, and initiate appropriate interventions. You will also provide care suitable to the condition and age of the patient, accurately documenting medical necessity in the medical record. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient and performing timely and accurate QI assessments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse is mandatory, along with CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preference is given, and CRRN is also preferred. A minimum of six months' experience in a Medical/Surgical setting is desired, but not necessary.
