Summary
The AX Business Analyst is the primary lead collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on operational business processes and data. The AX Analyst will be a vital part of the D365 implementation team to streamline all critical business processes by providing advanced process analysis, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting applications, formulating business requirements and conducting business use cases. The AX Business Analyst will design and implement solutions that address business challenges in the areas of Finance, Production, Procurement / Supply Chain and Materials
Essential Functions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical design documentation
- Gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements
- Preform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Coordinate and conduct QA and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Testing
- Assist to create initial training documentation
- Performs other duties as required
