Summary
The Recruiting Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. This role provides practical experience in recruitment operations and contributes to building a talent pipeline for the organization.
Essential Functions
- Assist with job postings on company career sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting reference checks.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The employee is exposed to outside weather conditions at the manufacturing site. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
