Summary
Responsible for performing advanced-level preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other building systems and equipment. This role will ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. The objective is to support continuous facility operations by applying in-depth technical expertise, leading complex repairs and contributing to process improvements
