Summary
To contribute to the company to enhance second level of defense of control (Compliance) by engage in Self-Assessment and support Process Owners to perform Self-Assessment in efficient manner. To support Compliance Manager to achieve Zero Deficiency in the company and the group companies.
Essential Functions
Conduct JSOX Self- Assessment on Internal Control in some area, i.e., Financial Control Reporting process, Entity Level Control.
· Conduct review on JSOX Self- Assessment on Internal Control at group entities
· Conduct specific internal audit and self- assessment under the direction of Compliance Manager
· Support Compliance Manager to enhance Internal Control environment at the Company and group companies
· Support Process Owners to conduct Self- assessment on Process Level Control, by providing 1:1 and group trainings
· Support Compliance Manager and Process Owners to manage external audits requirements
· Support Process Owners to establish/update Policies and Procedures, as well as Process Flow Chart update.
· Support Compliance Manager to engage in accounting related tasks, such as Loan Administration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CPA plus
· Familiarity with SOX, (JSOX plus)
· Time management skill
· Attention to details
· Capable for building and collaborating relationship with international colleagues with diverse backgrounds
· Consultative, coaching communication plus
Key Performance Indicators
· Person should learn to be proficient in JSOX and Head Office’s requirement on Internal Controls.
· Person should learn to be proficient in five critical Internal Control Area at the company (Master Data Management, Inventory, PO, AP, Credit Memo, Revenue Recognition) and support Process Owners to comply in those area
· Person should be accountable for time management and accomplishing assigned tasks under pressure (see essential functions)
Education and Experience
BS – Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
· Public accounting auditing experience for 5 years with major manufacturing client
· Internal Audit focusing on Operational Audit experience in manufacturing company
· Strong knowledge and interest in enhancing Operation (Logistics), Supply Chain, AP area plus
