Key Responsibilities:
- Quality control and portioning of food
- Food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ensuring proper food storage and handling procedures
- Following safe food handling policies and recipes
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis
- Working knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to operate various kitchen equipment and tools
- Customer service experience required
Nice-to-Haves:
- Food handlers certification
