Description:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
* Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in program delivery and effectiveness.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality control measures.
* Program Evaluation and Performance Monitoring:
* Develop and implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track program progress.
* Conduct research and literature reviews to identify best practices and innovative approaches.
* Support the development of program recommendations based on data analysis and evaluation findings.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Collaborate with program staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to gather data and information.
* Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports, presentations, and verbal discussions.
* Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on data collection and analysis.
* Work with community members to understand their needs.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an analytical or research capacity.
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.
* Familiarity with data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, SQL).
* Experience with program evaluation methodologies.
* Experience working with diverse populations.
